LPG and CNG installation shop software for your workshop

Junto for your shop

In short

LPG and CNG installation shop software helps you record which system and parts went into each car, manage installation work, and organise return visits for filter and leak checks. Junto brings bookings, work orders, vehicle history, customer approvals and reminders into one app, so your team can work from the same records.

  • Installed parts recorded on orders remain in the vehicle history.
  • Customers can approve extra work through an SMS link.
  • Junto offers a 14-day free trial with 100 free SMS.

Why an LPG and CNG shop needs shared records

An LPG and CNG shop needs shared records because installation details must remain useful long after the first job is finished. You need to know what your team fitted, what the customer approved and what happened at later checks. If those details sit in a paper folder, a mechanic's messages and a separate spreadsheet, your next visit starts with a search. A shared vehicle history gives the service adviser and mechanic a common starting point without relying on whoever remembers the original installation.

In Georgia, an imported used car may arrive with an existing LPG or CNG conversion and incomplete paperwork. Record what your team can identify, distinguish customer statements from your own findings, and note anything that needs further checking. Do not treat an old invoice as proof of the car's current condition. For recurring filter and leak checks, agree the next visit using the applicable system guidance and your shop's assessment; software reminders should support that decision, not invent a maintenance interval.

Keep installation details in the car's history

Junto keeps installation details available through the vehicle's recorded work, provided your team writes them clearly on the order. Each vehicle page keeps its visits, lines and invoices, so the installed parts written on the order stay on the car's history. Use consistent descriptions for the system and components you fit, including identifying details where available. At a later visit, your team can review the recorded work rather than ask the customer to reconstruct it from memory or find an old paper receipt.

Order lines are labour or part lines; part lines carry a cost price as well as a sale price, which the profit report uses. Inventory and stock tracking are not part of Junto yet; parts are free-text lines. This makes clear naming important: agree how your team will describe the same component before you start entering jobs. Keep physical stock control separate, and use the recorded cost and sale prices to make the profit report more useful when you review completed work.

  • Write the installed system and identifiable components consistently.
  • Separate installation labour from the parts supplied.
  • Record later replacements on the relevant visit.
  • Keep uncertain details distinct from confirmed findings.

Run a typical day from booking to payment

A typical day in Junto starts with your bookings and calendar, then moves through check-in, work orders and payment. Review the day's installations and return checks before accepting more work. Customers can request a visit through your public booking page at <shop>.junto.ge, and your shop confirms the booking. When a car arrives, use check-in photos and a signature to document its arrival. Open the work order with clear labour and part lines so the mechanic can see the planned job on a phone.

During the day, keep the order aligned with what your team actually finds and does. If a check reveals additional work, send the proposed lines for customer approval by SMS link before proceeding. The customer sees each line with its price, and your mechanic has a clearer agreed scope. At collection, use the invoice and record payment by cash, card, bank transfer or online. Before closing the conversation, agree whether another visit is needed and arrange the booking rather than leaving the next step vague.

  • Morning: review confirmed visits and the calendar.
  • Arrival: check in the car and document its condition.
  • Workshop: record work and request approval for additions.
  • Collection: invoice, record payment and discuss the next visit.

Bring customers back for agreed checks

Junto helps customers return for filter and leak checks through booked visits and reminders, not by deciding when a system needs maintenance. Your shop should establish the appropriate timing from the relevant documentation and its assessment of the car. Ask customers about their use, including frequent Tbilisi traffic or mountain journeys, without assuming one schedule fits everyone. Review the previous visit before booking the next one, so you can explain what the customer is returning for and what information your team already holds.

Junto sends the day-before reminder from 18:00 Tbilisi time: by push to the car owner's Junto app, and by SMS only if the shop switches SMS reminders on (one reminder is at most 2 segments, 0.08 ₾). Make your reminder settings part of setup rather than assuming SMS is already enabled. SMS uses a prepaid balance, so include that balance in your routine administration. A reminder supports an agreed appointment; it does not replace your team's explanation of the proposed checks or confirm that a vehicle is safe.

Give customers a clearer view of the work

Customers notice a clearer process when they can see proposed work, approve additions and follow the repair's status on their phone. For an installation shop, that matters when the original request changes after inspection: the conversation can refer to individual lines rather than an unexplained total. Explain what you recommend and why before sending the approval request. Keep the distinction between approved work and other findings clear, and use check-in records and the completed invoice to support the handover conversation when the customer collects the car.

Junto works in Georgian and English, in the browser on a computer or phone; customers get SMS in their language. This lets your front desk work on a computer while mechanics use the phone view. Customers can also use a free car owner account for their cars' service history, bookings and reminders, and share it with family. Show them how that record helps with later visits, but do not describe it as a complete record of work performed elsewhere or as certification of an LPG or CNG installation.

Start with a manageable move from paper

You can start with a small set of live jobs instead of trying to recreate every paper or spreadsheet record before using Junto. Use the 14-day free trial with 100 free SMS to test a real installation, an approval request and a return-check booking. Agree your part descriptions, assign staff roles and enter the relevant previous details for cars currently coming through the shop. Keep older records accessible, and verify anything you copy. Do not assume an automatic spreadsheet migration or turn an uncertain historical note into a confirmed installation detail.

Choose a plan around your shop's setup: Start is 79 ₾ per month for 1 branch, 3 bays and 5 staff; Pro is 149 ₾ per month; Network is 299 ₾ per month for 2 branches, with each extra branch +99 ₾. Paying yearly costs 10 months. SMS costs 0.04 ₾ per segment from a prepaid balance. Before committing, have the people handling bookings, workshop orders and invoices complete their own tasks during the trial. Review whether records are clear enough for another team member to handle the next visit.

Questions and answers

Does Junto provide LPG or CNG installation instructions?

No, Junto is software for managing your shop's work, not a source of installation specifications. Use the applicable system documentation and ask the responsible specialist about technical requirements; check the owner's manual where relevant.

Can we use Junto for corporate fleet customers?

Yes, Junto includes a portal for corporate fleet clients. If your shop serves fleets, include a representative fleet job in your trial so you can assess the workflow alongside your individual customer jobs.

Does a Junto record replace periodic technical inspection?

No, a service record does not replace periodic technical inspection or establish compliance. Ask the appropriate inspection provider what applies to the vehicle and its conversion, and keep that separate from your workshop's record of completed work.

Can customers find our shop without already having our booking link?

Customers can use junto.ge/services to find car services by service, price, place and the next free time, then book online. Your shop confirms the visit, so make sure you can accommodate the requested work before confirming it.

Can a VIN check tell us which gas system is installed?

junto.ge/vin checks a car's recorded history by VIN before buying, but you should not assume it identifies an LPG or CNG system. Ask for installation documents and have your team verify what is actually fitted before relying on a component description.
