What is Junto?
Junto is car service (auto repair shop) management software for Georgia: bookings, check-in with photos, work orders, the mechanic's phone, customer approval by SMS, invoices and payments in one place. It works in Georgian and English, on a computer and on a phone.
How much does Junto cost?
Start is 79 ₾ a month, Pro 149 ₾ and Network 299 ₾ (2 branches, each extra one +99 ₾). Pay yearly and get 2 months free. SMS is charged separately: 0.04 ₾ per segment.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan is free for 14 days, with 100 free SMS, and no card is needed.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Junto runs in the browser. Mechanics have a phone app for their jobs, and car owners have the Junto app for booking and their car's history.
How does a customer approve extra work?
The customer gets a link by SMS, sees the work and the price, and approves or declines each line with one tap. The answer shows on the order at once and is kept in its history.
Can customers book online?
Yes. Every shop gets its own page (name.junto.ge) with prices, opening hours and online booking, and appears in the search at junto.ge/services.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
For 90 days after a missed payment the data stays readable, and after that you can export all of it.
Which languages does Junto support?
Georgian and English. Each staff member picks their own language, and customers get their SMS in theirs.
