Multi-branch car service management for your locations
In short
Multi-branch car service management lets you run several locations as one business while keeping each branch’s bays, opening hours, calendar and reports separate. In Junto, branches share a customer base, and you can compare their revenue, cars, average invoice and profit.
- One shared customer base across branches.
- Separate bays and opening hours for each branch.
- Branch reports compare four business measures.
Keep one business without treating every location alike
Multi-branch management solves the problem of keeping customer information together without treating every location as the same workshop. Branches share one customer base; each has its own bays, opening hours and public page entry. You can organise the business around a shared customer base while keeping each location’s working arrangements distinct. That matters when one branch has different availability or opening hours from another, and your team needs to direct a customer to a suitable location.
Separate branch arrangements help you avoid making promises based on another location’s capacity. A customer asking for a visit in Tbilisi needs availability at the branch they intend to reach, not simply an opening somewhere in your business. Agree how your team names each location and confirms it during a booking conversation. Keep those names clear for customers as well as staff, especially when someone knows your business name but has not visited that particular branch before.
Set up each branch before taking bookings
Start branch setup in the staff app at app.junto.ge/settings/branch, then check each location’s bays, opening hours and public page entry. Use the actual arrangements at that workshop rather than copying assumptions from another site. Before your team starts accepting bookings, review the information with the person responsible for the location. This is a practical way to catch mismatches between how the branch is described and how your staff expect to organise its working day.
Next, have your booking team check the relevant branch calendar before agreeing a visit. Junto brings bookings and the calendar into the same app, which you can use on a computer or a phone. Keep the branch choice explicit when discussing availability with a customer. If the customer changes their preferred location during the conversation, check that location’s availability before confirming anything rather than assuming the original time will work at both workshops.
- Agree clear names for your locations.
- Check the bays and opening hours for each branch.
- Review each branch’s public page entry.
- Check the relevant calendar before agreeing a visit.
Carry the customer from booking to completed work
For the customer, the process starts with choosing a service and a suitable visit, followed by the shop’s confirmation. On junto.ge/services, car owners can find services by service, price, place and the next free time, then book online. Each shop also has a public booking page at <shop>.junto.ge. When your staff handle the request, confirm the intended location as well as the visit details so the customer knows which workshop they are travelling to.
At the workshop, Junto connects the visit to car check-in with photos and a signature, then to work orders with labour and part lines. If you suggest extra work, the customer can approve it through an SMS link and see each line with its price before work starts. They can also follow the repair’s status on their phone. Use this process consistently across locations so customers receive clear information even when they visit a different branch of your business.
Give each staff member the right responsibilities
Staff roles determine which parts of the app each person can use, so assign them according to actual responsibilities. Staff roles: owner (everything), manager (no payroll, subscription, expense categories or payment gateway), receptionist (no expenses, payroll, timesheets or reports), mechanic (own jobs only, no prices). Review these limits before assigning someone a task. In particular, do not build a reporting routine around receptionists accessing reports, or expect mechanics to use prices when working through their own jobs.
Build your daily routine around those role boundaries rather than asking everyone to use the app in the same way. A receptionist can focus on the booking and arrival conversation, while a mechanic uses the mechanic’s view on a phone for their own jobs. Owners and managers can use branch reporting within their roles. When staff work at different locations, explain which branch they should check for the task in front of them; do not assume the role name alone explains your operating procedure.
Compare branches using the same business measures
Branch reports let you compare locations using common measures rather than relying only on how busy each workshop feels. The calendar and reports work per branch, and reports compare branches on revenue, cars, average invoice and profit. Review these measures together: a location handling more cars is not necessarily producing the same average invoice or profit as another. Use the comparison to decide what questions to ask, rather than treating one figure as a complete explanation of performance.
Connect your review to the work recorded in Junto, including labour and part lines, invoices and payments. Junto supports payments by cash, card, bank transfer and online. For a fair discussion, choose the same reporting period and ask branch managers to explain differences in the work handled. A branch seeing imported used cars or LPG/CNG-converted vehicles may encounter different customer concerns; investigate the actual work before deciding why the figures differ. Turn the discussion into specific operational checks, not assumptions.
- Review revenue alongside cars, average invoice and profit.
- Use the same period when comparing locations.
- Ask managers about the work behind the figures.
- Agree a follow-up check before changing your process.
Choose your plan and manage branch changes
The Network plan is the stated setup for running multiple branches in Junto. The Network plan includes 2 branches at 299 ₾ a month; each extra branch is +99 ₾ a month. Some features are modules; the pricing page shows which plan includes them, and an owner can request a module that is not in the plan from inside the app. Check that page against your requirements before deciding which connected workflows to introduce across your locations.
Archiving a branch removes it from pickers and the public page but keeps its history. Use that distinction when planning a closure or reorganising your locations: removing a branch from active selection does not mean discarding its past. Before changing the setup, review upcoming bookings and tell affected customers which location to contact. Also brief your staff on the change so they do not continue directing people to a branch that is no longer shown for selection.
Questions and answers
Can my team use Junto in Georgian and English?
Junto works in Georgian and English, on a computer and on a phone. When introducing it across branches, agree on clear wording for customer-facing descriptions so your team gives consistent information in either language.
Can we try Junto before committing to a plan?
Junto offers a 14-day free trial with 100 free SMS. Use the trial to walk through your booking, check-in and work-order process with the staff who will use it.
How should I budget for SMS reminders?
SMS costs 0.04 ₾ per segment from a prepaid balance. Keep that separate from your monthly plan when planning operating costs, and review your reminder wording with the people responsible for customer communication.
Does Junto have a way to work with corporate fleet customers?
Junto includes a portal for corporate fleet clients. If your branches serve business vehicles, include that portal in your workflow review and check the pricing page for the modules included in your plan.
What can customers keep in their own account?
A free car owner account keeps each car’s service history, bookings and reminders, and can be shared with family. Explain this option when a customer wants an ongoing record of their car’s visits rather than only the details of today’s repair.
