Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Junto (junto.ge, the shops’ pages and the apps). Junto is owned and operated by Servio LLC (ID 405892057). By signing up for or using Junto you accept these terms. We handle personal data as described in the privacy policy.

What Junto is

Junto is software that car repair shops use to run their bookings, work orders, invoices, staff and branches, and a place where car owners book visits and follow their cars. In these terms “we” means Servio LLC, and “shop” means a car repair shop that uses Junto.

Junto does not repair cars and is not a party to the agreement between a shop and its customer. One part of these terms is for shops, one is for car owners, and the rest is for everyone.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 to use Junto. A shop’s account is opened by someone allowed to act for the shop, who is responsible for inviting its staff and for their roles.
  • Staff sign in with email and password, car owners with their mobile number and an SMS code. Do not share your password or code: what happens through your account is your responsibility.
  • Give accurate details and keep them up to date. If you think someone else got into your account, write to us at once: support@junto.ge.

For car repair shops

Plans and the trial

  • A new shop uses Junto free for 14 days, with no card needed, and gets 100 free SMS.
  • After that the shop chooses a plan (Start, Pro or Network). The plan sets how many branches, bays and staff the shop can have; some modules cost extra per month. Current prices are on junto.ge’s pricing section and on the shop’s subscription page.
  • You can pay monthly or yearly; a year costs ten months.
  • The card is saved on the first payment and each renewal is charged to it automatically at the end of the period. You enter the card on the bank’s page and its details never reach Junto. Junto’s invoice for each payment is on the subscription page.
  • Moving to a higher plan takes effect at once and the difference for the rest of the current period is charged at once; moving to a lower plan takes effect from the next renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time on the subscription page. The subscription runs to the end of the paid period and is not renewed. The unused part of a paid period is not refunded unless the law requires it.

Non-payment

If a renewal cannot be charged, we try the card again over the following days and the shop has 7 days to pay. If no payment goes through by then, or the trial ends without a plan, the account becomes read-only: every record can be seen and the data can be downloaded, but nothing can be added or changed.

Read-only lasts 90 days. After that the subscription is cancelled and the program’s pages are locked, but the data is kept and the shop’s owner can still download it. Paying at any point switches everything back on at once.

SMS balance

  • A shop’s texts are sent from a prepaid balance, which the shop tops up by card on the subscription page.
  • One segment costs 0.04 ₾. A Georgian text segment is 70 characters (67 in a long message), a Latin one 160 (153). The cost is taken from the balance when the text is sent.
  • When the balance runs out, no more texts are sent until it is topped up. The SMS provider reports each delivery to us and we keep it in a log.
  • The balance does not expire while the shop’s account exists. An unused balance and the trial’s 100 free texts are not paid out, except where the law requires it.
  • The shop is responsible for what its texts say and whom they go to. Send reminders and offers only to customers who agreed to receive them, and respect a refusal.

Customer data

The data a shop keeps in Junto (customers, cars, work orders, invoices, photos) belongs to the shop. The shop is the controller of that data and we are its processor: we handle it only on the shop’s instructions and to run Junto, as the privacy policy describes.

The shop is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use the data, and for its customers knowing that their records are kept in Junto.

The shop agrees that its finished visits are included, anonymised and by VIN, in the car history report: the date, the shop’s name and city, the mileage, the work and the damage marks, without names, phone numbers, photos or prices. Shops receive no revenue from these reports.

The shop’s owner can download the data at any time, including in read-only mode and after the subscription is cancelled.

For car owners

Your account, bookings and payments

  • A Junto account is free for car owners. The only paid item is the car history report by VIN (see below).
  • Shops link their records to your account by your number. Until you press “This is me” you see only the shop’s name. The shop is responsible for its records being correct.
  • An online booking is an agreement between you and the shop, not with Junto. Junto passes the booking to the shop, and the shop accepts, moves or cancels the visit. The shop is responsible for the work, its quality, price, timing and warranty.
  • When you approve work through a link or in your account, you agree with the shop to that work and its price.
  • You pay an invoice by card on the shop’s bank page, and the money goes straight to the shop. Junto does not receive or hold it; for refunds and disputes, contact the shop.
  • Review only your own visits, honestly and without abuse. A review may appear on the shop’s page and in Junto’s search.

Family sharing

  • A car’s owner can share it with family members by phone number. The person invited joins when they sign in with that number and accept.
  • A family member sees the car’s history, invoices and any history report bought for it, books visits and pays invoices. Only the owner can remove the car or other members.
  • The owner can remove a member or hand ownership to another member, and a member can leave at any time.
  • Invite only people who should see this car’s visits, invoices and prices.

The car history report by VIN

  • Anyone can buy a car’s service history at Junto shops by its VIN. Before paying you see a free summary: how many visits, at how many shops, the years covered and the last recorded mileage.
  • The price is shown before you pay. The report is sold by Servio LLC: you pay by card on the bank’s page from junto.ge and receive Junto’s receipt. The report is not sold in the app.
  • One purchase opens the VIN for good for you and everyone you share that car with, including visits recorded later.
  • The report holds only the visits Junto shops recorded: work done elsewhere is not in it. The shops are responsible for their records being accurate. The report is not a guarantee of the car’s condition or a substitute for an inspection.
  • The report holds no names, phone numbers, earlier plates, photos or prices.
  • You are never charged for a VIN that has no visits in Junto. A double payment is refunded automatically. If the report does not open after you pay, or contains an error, write to support@junto.ge and we will refund you. Otherwise the report is not refunded unless the law requires it.

For everyone

Acceptable use

  • Use Junto only for lawful purposes. Do not keep other people’s data without a lawful basis, and do not send spam.
  • Keep a shop’s public page accurate: its address, hours, services and prices. Do not create fake reviews.
  • Do not try to see another account’s or another shop’s data, get around security, overload the system or send automated bulk requests.
  • Do not sell or pass on access to Junto to third parties, and do not copy its software or design.

Ownership and your content

Junto’s software, design and name belong to Servio LLC. You may use them under these terms for as long as you have an account.

The data, photos and text you add stay yours. You allow us to store, process and show them as far as Junto needs to work, for example on a shop’s page and in reviews.

Suspending and closing accounts

A shop can cancel its subscription at any time, and a car owner can delete their account as described on the support page.

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if the account puts others or Junto at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we warn you first and tell you why. A shop keeps the chance to download its data unless the law requires otherwise.

How Junto runs

We work to keep Junto running without interruption and make encrypted backups every day, but we cannot promise it will be free of outages or errors. We may change and improve Junto’s features.

Sending texts and card payments depend on the SMS provider and the bank. We are not responsible for outages on their side.

Limits of liability

Junto is provided as it is. We are not responsible for a shop’s work, its prices or warranty, for the accuracy of data entered by shops and users, or for indirect losses such as lost income or lost customers.

Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid Junto in the last 12 months. This limit does not apply to harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and it does not reduce the consumer rights Georgian law gives you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If a dispute arises, write to us first at support@junto.ge and we will try to settle it by agreement. If we cannot agree, the dispute is heard by Tbilisi City Court.

Changes

When these terms change, we update the date at the bottom of the page. We announce material changes in advance: to shops by email or in the program, to car owners in their account. Using Junto after a change means you accept the new terms.
